Service to humanity. Gender Parity.

Advocate of a better Motherland.

Dr. Queen Blessing is a United Nations Representative. Through her Global Empowerment Movement (GEM) USA Organization, she actively participates at United Nations meetings and conduct parallel side events to promote the well-being of marginalized women, children and youth, gender inequality issues, and the promotion of the United Nations Sustainable Developments Goals to help in the eradication of poverty, abuse, victimization, hunger, homelessness, illiteracy and disease through advocacy, support, and empowerment in our local community and across the globe.

Dr Queen Blessing tirelessly advocates the development and advancement of women and she champions the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5, Gender Equality through her Global Empowerment Movement Corporation. She uses movies and books as powerful tools for change. The result is increased anti-human trafficking awareness and prevention as well as increased women empowerment, economic enrichment across many communities.

Dr. Queen Blessing forms global entities in partnerships to strengthen collaborative efforts to promote wellness outreach, business & entrepreneurship, leadership development, organizational wellness, and empowerment in developing communities, especially African Countries with different initiatives.

She understands that to truly achieve poverty eradication, reduced inequalities, global sustainable development, gender equality, economic growth, etc. and to create a better world, we need all hands-on deck; hence she graciously walks the talk. She takes her selfless developmental advocacy work locally, internationally, and on the global stage.

Dr. Queen Blessing was recently selected by the United Nations to spotlight themes from her latest advocacy book and to show the strength of women as agents of change during the United Nations Unity in Diversity event at the General Assembly, United Nations Headquarters in New York. The event tagged ‘An evening of Art & Hope with Nigerian Women’ launched Queen Blessing’s newest book: “We Are The Blessings of Africa, Reshaping Our Greatness Together.”

Excerpts from Queen Blessing’s empowerment book:

“Empower a woman and you empower the family, Community, City, Country, Continent, and the World. Women must be empowered to see themselves as part of the solution, not just as women reserved for sex or for the kitchen. Africa is a diverse continent, blessed with talented people, rich in diversity – different countries, different cultures, and natural resources.”- https://news.un.org/en/story/2018/03/1004682

Dr. Queen Blessing is a strong advocate against victimization, inhumanity, and she renders her voice for the voiceless people, mothers, girls, and youths in distress around the world, who because of impoverishment, abuse, or abandonment is vulnerable to deception, exploitation, and/or plagued by the crimes of abuse, human trafficking, and forced prostitution.

She addresses critical issues that plague women, especially trafficked young women as well as the abused and abandoned single mothers in distress and their children.

Through her http://www.globalempowermentmovement.org and http://blessingsofafrica.org Empowerment Foundation, she promotes women empowerment and the need to dignify the needy as a means to eradicating human trafficking, poverty, racial income disparity, abuse, etc.

“Empower a woman, and the issues of sex trafficking, domestic violence, abuse, impoverishment, and abandonment will be tackled with ease. When we focus on women, they will, in turn, create a sustainable means of livelihood for themselves, their children and the future leaders. Women are instrumental in family and community building. When women are fully involved, only then can we make real good progress, and only then can we truly prevent human trafficking, abuse, or even eradicate poverty. When we empower a woman, we have empowered the nation for sustainable development.”

– Dr. Queen Blessing Itua

Dr. Queen Blessing’s mission is to be the voice for the voiceless, hope for the hopeless, and to dignify the needy. She seeks to establish centers in Africa for young women and youths, victims of abuse and poverty in need.

“My commitment to addressing the common root of impoverishment in Black communities ignited my passion to pioneering and creating these viable platforms for empowerment support for the underprivileged, voiceless people in need (PIN) as well as to empower the voiceless women, mothers, girls, and youths around the world, who because of impoverishment are vulnerable to deception, abuse, exploitation, and/or plagued by the crimes of abuse, human trafficking, and forced prostitution; to give back to the least, lost, and hurting; to provide skill development to address the impoverishment roots of these issues and to create awareness education to fighting modern-day subtle slavery.”

In her book, “We Are The Blessings of Africa,” she made a clarion call to everyone to cultivate a conscious mindset and to rise, act to dignify the needy with our surpluses for sustainable individuals, families, communities, and our world.  Poverty eradication starts with each one of us.

We Are The Blessings of Africa book also laid out the path to becoming the blessings of our own local communities, including the urgent call for unity – unity of the People of African Descent as one people in the development of their communities and the motherland, Africa.  Click to purchase book

Queen Blessing began her journey of love and service to others with a strong personal relationship with God as her foundation. Through her abused, abandoned, impoverished, painful, single-motherhood experiences, she discovered her passion and purpose. As a resilient, single mother of four remarkable children who have excelled in spite of abuse, abandonment, and economic challenges, Dr. Queen Blessing is a victor who put God in her pain, turned her misery into her ministry, and her pain into power amidst economic challenges – a platform of empowerment. Today, Queen Blessing has created a unique platform where she passionately inspires others to recognize that they are blessed with God-given inner strengths. She strives to transform the successes she has achieved in overcoming her own life’s trials and tribulations to empowering others with self-help programs.  She is now passionately using her skills to help empower other People In Need (PIN), especially Women In Need (WIN) and Youths In Need (YIN) with a focus on Single Mothers and Children In Distress (SMACID).

Dr. Queen Blessing commitment to inspiring others to personal transformation necessary for reaching crowning potential ignited her passion to creating the “Unlocking the Blessing Code” series: the “Ultimate Greatness Codes. These are Self and Selfless empowerment Initiatives focused on mindset makeover empowerment aimed at Poverty, abuse, and Human Trafficking prevention, reduction, intervention and eradication. Self-Empowerment: Self-Economic Education (SEE) Skills and Selfless-Empowerment: “Dignify the Needy with Your Surplus”

Dr. Queen Blessing also advocates that wellness is wealth, unlocking the blessing code, turning pain into power, etc. She believes that greatness is within us all, but it starts with our mental perception, understanding, and full conviction of our critical role in this world. She empowers others to greatness by helping them to see themselves as “Blessed To BE A Blessing.”

On the other hand, “Be A Blessing” is a service mentality drive, motivating everyone to action: “Dignifying the Needy with Our Surplus.” Be A Blessing, Dignifying the Needy with Our Surplus initiatives encourages everyone to support the less privileged among us with our “extras and surplus supplies.”

It does not take much to support the most vulnerable and together, we can channel our surpluses to eradicate poverty. All we need to support these most vulnerable ones among us is our surpluses (surplus time to enrich and impart knowledge and develop the talent of the needy, surplus resources/materials, etc. and love). This will no doubt make the world a better place for you and me.

Commendations for Dr. Queen Blessing

Dr. Queen Blessing is dedicated to empowerment services to advance gender equality and poverty eradication, inspiring women and their families, in the communities disadvantaged by poverty, economic circumstances prone to subjugation, human trafficking, especially the abused, abandoned single mothers and their children in distress. She provides empowerment solutions to the issues facing people in need and advocacy to practices that impede their human rights to economic empowerment to ensure that “no one woman or child or family is left behind.”

“Queen Blessing, you are a very strong woman. When I met you, I saw so much strength in your eyes. You walked with the Universe on your shoulders and made it look easy. Some may be intimidated by your great strength. You seem like a woman who is stronger because you had to be. I think that some people are afraid of the depth of your strength and the power you can generate. And I also believe that some will try to say or do things to dim that strong light that is inside of you. You are very strong Queens! I believe in the strength that I saw in you when we met. You set your own path! You chart your own course! You go where others, have never been! You take risk that others can’t or aren’t willing to take! You think big! Therefore, you are big! Don’t you ever lose your, “I am going to get to the top” attitude! You are so strong; you have amazing strength!”
